They must be able to lift heavy items and work quickly and efficiently. Ramp agentResponsible for under-wing services for aircraft, including guiding and parking aircraft, loading and unloading luggage and cargo, and performing cabin maintenance tasks. Airline ramp service agentAssists with take-off by marshaling an aircraft. They also load and unload baggage including any freight or oversized baggage.
