Line Inspection Job Vacancies in Delhi NCR

Job Purpose:To ensure that all parts produced on the line conform to customer and internal specifications by performing FOA, LOA, MOA and hourly inspections as per IATF 16949 requirements.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:1. Perform FOA (First-Off Approval) for every machine start, tool change, die change, or fixture change.2. Perform LOA (Last-Off Approval) and ensure proper closure of production batches.3. Conduct MOA (Middle-Off Approval) at defined frequency.4. Perform hourly in-process inspection as per control plan.5. Use inspection measuring instruments (vernier, micro meter, height gauge, snap gauge, radius gauge, weld gauge).6. Ensure operators follow control plans, work instructions, boundary samples, & process sheets.7. Inspect sheet-metal press parts: bends, forms, burrs, cracks, holes, TRB, etc.8. Inspect welded assemblies (spot welding, projection welding, MIG welding).9. Identify defects such as under-weld, over-weld, splatter, misalignment, distortion.10. Report abnormalities immediately to Production & Quality Supervisor.11. Segregate, tag, and record non-conforming products.12. Maintain inspection documents and online records.13. Responsible For Product Audit And Process Audit.________________________________________Skills Required: Knowledge of FOA/LOA/MOA Interpretation of drawing & GD&T basics Thorough understanding of measurement tools Knowledge of sheet-metal operations and welding processes Good documentation and communication skills Ability to identify defects and stop production if needed Knowledge of control plan & work instructions Good discipline, accuracy, and attention to detail________________________________________KPIs (Key Performance Indicators): In-process rejection percentage FOA/LOA/MOA compliance Inspection documentation accuracy Non-conformance detection rate Response time to issues Customer complaints (should reduce)

Expertise in quality control

Candidate should have knowledge of operating Inspection Instruments, Inspection of sheet metal parts, Layout Inspection, First Piece/ Last Piece and Inprocess inspection. Candidate should have understanding of 4M Change, 5S, Poka Yoke, Kaizen etc.

Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular inspections and tests of products and materials.Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.Document and report quality issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.Monitor production processes to identify potential areas for improvement.Collaborate with production teams to ensure continuous quality improvement.Maintain accurate records of test results and quality control activities.Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
