It is a B2B sales position responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing business within a diversified line of businesses. Job Responsibilities Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly. Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for real estate transactions. Draft and negotiate real estate transactions. Draft routine leases and amendments. Manage regulatory and compliance-related services. Support legal and general advisory needs associated with a large-scale real estate portfolio. Needs to carry out any other jobs assigned by the Director. Strong experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation, lease transactions, property management, and purchase and sale transactions. 2. Solid experience in title insurance underwriting, curative and claims.3. Good understanding of Foreclosure.4. Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.5. Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.7. Capable networker with excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.8. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
