Roles & Responsibilities: To meet assigned sales targets and keep track of the targets on quarterly basis. Identify potential up sell opportunities within client base and work with relevant stakeholders to growopportunities. To identify the resources required and opportunities and with existing customer base, to acceleratebusiness volumes. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via meetings/ personal visits, telephone callsand emails. Identify and establishes new sales accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers;planning and organizing sales call schedule, to expand product usage in the territory To prepare monthly meetings schedule based on quarterly target, along with RSM. Act as one point of contact for customers and for MAS Client retention and client servicing, along with revive lost accounts To provide follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with products and / or servicesprovided To follow up for dispatch, order booking and payment follow up etc.

Job Details:We are a Lubricant company, products are all grades of Engine Oils and Gear Oils, Diesel, Grease, Coolants, etc. If you will be selected then you have to visit the Garages, Spare Parts shop, Transport agencies, Tractor showrooms, etc. to get discuss, generate leads and supply them our productsThe job is purely target based, if you achieve at least 50% of the target you get the complete salaryIf the target is less than 50% achieved then the salary varies the variable structure will be shared once selected.If 100% target is achieved then Salary + Incentive the incentive structure will be shared along with the Offer letter.
