We are looking for a QMS Engineer with 3 to 9 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our Quality Management System (QMS). Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement QMS processes: Create and refine quality management processes to ensure they meet regulatory and company standards.- Conduct audits: Perform regular audits to assess compliance with QMS standards and identify areas for improvement.- Analyze data and reports: Collect and review quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas needing attention, helping to drive continuous improvement.- Train staff: Provide training and support to employees on quality standards and QMS procedures, ensuring everyone understands their role in maintaining quality.- Coordinate with teams: Collaborate with different departments to ensure that quality practices are integrated into all company operations.Required Skills and Expectations:- A diploma in a relevant field is required, with 3 to 9 years of experience in quality management systems.- Strong understanding of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and experience in implementing compliance measures.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions.- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and work effectively with team members.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in all processes.- Willingness to work in a full-time office environment in Jaipur.

Develop, implement, and manage the systems and processes to ensure that Products meet requiredSpecifications for Quality, Function, and Reliability prior to delivery. Review the customer requirements and make ensure that they are met in all respect. Systems and Process Control : Control, Monitor and review the necessary Systems and Processes toensure deliver the desired Product Quality with Zero Rejection and Re-work Establish and sustain Quality requirements from external suppliers work with proper co-ordination withPurchase Team. To plan, schedule and conduct Suppliers Quality Audit periodically in co-ordination with PurchaseDepartment. Review the audit findings and action taken by Supplier. Supplier development for new & existing components with help of Purchase Team, Supplier visit, solvingsuppliers quality related concerns. Good hands on experience on various national and International Quality Management andEnvironmental Standards, Ensure for strict adherence and compliance of QMS and other necessaryapplicable National and International Standards. Make sure that manufacturing and or production processes are meet with International and Nationalstandards. Plan, schedule & co-ordinate necessary Internal Audits for Processes and Systems. Review the out-comes of Internal Audits and take necessary Corrective andPreventive actions on the same. Monitor the actions taken. Customer Complaints : Data Collection, review and analysis by using Quality Problem Solving Approachsuch as 8D. Monitoring the actions taken. In Process Defects / Rejections : Proper Data Collection, review and analysis by using Quality ProblemSolving Approach such as 8D. Monitoring the actions taken.
