Land Record Executive For Real Estate company in Gurgaon MCPSKey Responsibilities:Support land acquisition processes by identifying legal land titles and ownership historyHandle land mutation and registration follow-up with government departmentsCollect, verify, and maintain land records (Jamabandi, Girdawari, Mutation, etc.)Conduct field visits for land measurements and boundary demarcationsCoordinate with government revenue offices (Tehsildar, Naib Tehsildar, Patwari)Maintain and update land ownership records (Jamabandi, Khasra, Khatauni, etc.).Conduct land surveys, measurements, and prepare reports/maps.Collect land revenue, irrigation dues, and other government levies.Assist higher officials in revenue court cases and land dispute resolution.Keep track of crop patterns, agricultural production, and natural calamities in the assigned area.Qualifications & Skills:Education: Minimum 10+2 / Graduation (as per state government rules).Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, especially land record software & MS Office.Other Skills: Strong record-keeping, surveying ability, communication with villagers, problem-solving.Languages: Local language proficiency (mandatory)If you are Interested so please share me your cv atcapitalplacement21@gmail.com9891409300
