We are looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team in Rajkot. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience, particularly those with a B.B.A degree. The HR Assistant will support various human resource functions and contribute to a positive workplace environment.Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, preparing candidate files, and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring experience.- Employee Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process of new employees, including preparing orientation materials and facilitating introductions to team members to foster a welcoming environment.- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, and training completion, to ensure compliance and organized data management.- Employee Queries: Address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits in a professional manner to provide assistance and improve employee satisfaction.- Documentation and Reporting: Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation, such as attendance and leave records, to aid in management decision-making.The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, paying attention to detail and demonstrating organizational abilities. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential traits. Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Office, is required. The candidate should also be able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while ensuring confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
