Project Coordination & ManagementOversee the daily operations of the site to ensure timely project execution.Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other departments to align goals and timelines.Maintain an organized schedule to ensure the timely delivery of materials, furniture components, and other supplies.2. Quality ControlInspect finished products for compliance with design specifications and quality standards.Ensure that all installations are performed to the highest quality, with no defects or issues.Conduct regular quality audits of the ongoing work on-site, addressing any concerns immediately.3. Team Supervision & LeadershipSupervise and manage a team of craftsmen, laborers, and subcontractors.Conduct regular training and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of work and safety.Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and motivation.4. Safety and ComplianceEnsure that all health and safety regulations are followed, reducing the risk of accidents or injuries.Conduct safety inspections on a regular basis and address any risks proactively.Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, environmental laws, and industry standards.5. Inventory Management & ProcurementMonitor and manage inventory of materials, tools, and furniture components required for the project.Ensure that resources are efficiently used and there is no wastage.Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.6. Client Interaction and Customer SatisfactionServe as a point of contact for clients and address any concerns or issues promptly.Ensure that the project meets the clients expectations, making adjustments as necessary.Conduct final walk-through with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any last-minute requests.7. Budget and Cost ControlMonitor the projects budget to ensure costs are within the allocated budget.Identify any cost overruns and take corrective actions

Candidates Must have minimum knowledge of handling of civil work site.

* Able to bring new manpower (I.e establishing a security force) in the company as decided by the top management.* Have handsome experience in managing security forces.* Security officers are also responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of company's employees, visitors, and associated property. * Security officers are tasked with patrolling a designated area, responding to safety and security threats, and establishing a security presence.* Also manage security compliance and shares security related awareness to the security guards.
