K9HR SOLUTIONS is looking for Foundry Manager as Follows:A Foundry Supervisor oversees daily melting, molding, pouring, and casting operations to meet production targets. They manage shift workers, enforce strict safety protocols, monitor quality control to minimize rejection rates, and coordinate with maintenance for machine upkeep.Key Responsibilities:Production Management: Supervise and coordinate core operations (melting, molding, fettling) to achieve daily output quotasQuality Control: Monitor metal and alloy compositions, ensure product specifications are met, and reduce casting defect rates.Team Leadership: Assign daily tasks, manage shift schedules, handle worker attendance, and train new personnel on foundry best practices.Safety & Compliance: Enforce shop floor discipline and safety regulations regarding liquid metal handling, PPE, and hazard prevention.Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate with maintenance technicians for troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive upkeep of furnaces and casting equipment.

Conduct chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished productsPerform laboratory testing using standard testing methodsOperate and maintain lab instruments and equipmentRecord and document test results accuratelyPrepare test reports and maintain quality recordsEnsure compliance with safety standards and quality guidelinesAssist in product quality improvement and troubleshootingBasic knowledge of chemical testing proceduresUnderstanding of laboratory safety practicesKnowledge of instruments like pH meter, spectrophotometer, titration setup, etc.Good observation and analytical skillsBasic computer knowledge (MS Excel & documentation)Attention to detail and accuracy
