SMC Compounding incoming materials in process and finished product properties checking Testing and ensuring the quality as per customer requirements Testing Knowledge of chemicals and handling sophisticated instruments like universal testing machine, Muffle furnace, HDT, pH Meter, SPI Gel Testing Device, etc.

The Lab Assistant will assist in conducting routine and specialized tests on construction materials according to established standards (e.g., ASTM, AASHTO, IS) and procedures. This includes preparing samples, operating testing equipment, recording data, and maintaining the lab environment.

1. Formulation and Testing: Assist in formulating and testing rubber compounds to meet customer specifications and industry standards.2. Quality Control: Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.3. Laboratory Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.4. Data Analysis: Analyze test data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements.5. 1. Minimum 3-4 years in Quality control /Laboratory in Food / health care or Pharma company as Analyst or similar positions. 2. Good Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis, environment analysis. Knowledge of using advanced analytical instruments, trouble shooting and data interpretation.3. Through knowledge of Microbiology testing of Treated water, raw water, Commercial sterility of Finished products & Testing of pulp and fruit Juices.4. Must be proficient and capable to handle and lead problem solving of issues related to microbiological contaminations and testing.5. Knowledge chemistry to understand composition, structure and properties of ingredients and finished products.6. Exposure on principles and techniques of basic food science and their application to the beverage industry. 7. Should have experience in analytical processes using instruments such as GC, LC, IC, AA, FTNIR, Particle size analysis, PCR & Rapid microbiology. 8. Should be familiar with accreditation and certification programs such as ISO17025, 9001, FSSC 22000.9. Good Knowledge of laboratory information management system, SAP functionalities including quality module. 10. Conduct review of scientific or other literature and able to apply develop and implement new analytical test methods. 11. Systematic thinking and problem solving ability.
