Laboratory Operations Management:- Supervise and manage daily activities within the used oil analysis laboratory.- Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sample collection, preparation, analysis, and reporting.- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, industry regulations, and quality standards.2. Personnel Management:- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of lab technicians and analysts.- Assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure adherence to protocols and procedures.- Provide training and professional development opportunities to enhance team members' technical skills.3.
