To initiate Kaizen activities in the department. Maintaining 5-S and to Train, Guide and Motivate personnel along with maintaining discipline on shop floor.

1 To ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently. 2 Responsible the reports , Scrap ratiio, OEE, Top three defect anylsis and Action plan for quality and productivity improvement. 3 Responsible for improvement practices like 5S, Kaizen and POKA-YOKE in shop floor to improve productivity. 4 Overseeing production processes, planning and organizing production schedules. 5 To plan, execute and follow up the production activities, planning strategically to enhance productivity, by making optimum use of the available resources. 6 Forecasting the requirement of the production in order to achieve the production target. 7 Improving the productivity level of the workers on continuous basis by workmens training. 8 Determine the human and material resources required. 9 Prepare and maintaining Monthly, Weekly and Daily Production Plan as per requirement. 10 Rejection analysis on daily basis and take corrective action to reduce the rejection % percentage. 11 Monitoring Planed Production V/S Achieved Production along with rejection data. 12 Manpower Planning according to plan received from PPC. 13 Ensure safety and 5` S on shop floor. Task & Activity 1 Attends Daily Morning Meeting with plant personnel 2 Daily deployment of manpower as per production planning 3 Preparation of Daily weekly & monthly production planning 4 Monitoring Planned Production V/S Achieved Production along with rejection data. 5 Trouble shooting of injection & rubber moulding related issue 6 Process parameter setting of injection & rubber moulding machine 7 Plan for mould loading and unloading 8 Prepare and maintain 4m change record 9 Prepare and update hourly production report 10 Prepare production MIS & OEE 11 Setup new tool trail

Job Description :-Having 2 years experience of wet and dry emulsion adhesive batch process. From Initial charging to the final product.Knowledge of emulsion adhesive production operation and process method.Operate DCS systemMonitoring and controlling all the batch process parameter safely.Having experience of All the Batch processing of wet lamination adhesive, dry lamination ,homopolymer adhesive ,wood adhesive. water based adhesive and solvent based adhesive.Paint adhesive. Side pasting adhesive, furniture adhesive , presser sensitive adhesive, Lebale, adhesive, paper adhesive.Ability to work independently to synthesize improve and customize polymer.Actions taking when dcs indicate any alarm.Ability to checking final product as per specification.Knowledge of Raw material.Knowledge to follow safety norms to archive zero accident and zero breakdown.Knowledge of kaizen implementation in a plant.Knowledge of ISO standard.5s ActivityMan power handling
