Responsibilities:1. Providing technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs.2. Managing and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.3. - Support the senior site engineer in overseeing construction activities to ensure work is performed in compliance with design specifications, drawings, and safety standards.- Interpret construction drawings and assist in implementing the technical aspects of structural, architectural, and civil works on site.- Take accurate measurements at the site and assist in preparing quantity take-offs and material estimates.- Monitor daily work progress and prepare reports for submission to project managers or senior engineers.- Assist in managing construction materials, tools, and equipment usage on-site, ensuring optimal utilization and minimal wastage.- Perform routine inspections to ensure quality standards are met and that construction is carried out as per specifications and codes.- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to coordinate tasks and ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work.- Maintain detailed records of project documents, including daily logs, inspection reports, material deliveries, and work schedules.- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations at the construction site and report any unsafe practices to the site supervisor.- Assist with site layout and leveling, using surveying instruments under the guidance of a senior engineer or surveyor.- Continuously learn new construction techniques, codes, and software tools to improve technical knowledge and on-site effectiveness.
