This role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 6 years of experience and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment.Key Responsibilities:1. **Test Planning and Design**: Create and review test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of software requirements. This involves understanding the application and designing tests to verify functionality.2. **Manual and Automated Testing**: Execute both manual and automated tests to find defects. This includes running test scripts and validating that the software functions as intended, identifying bugs, and reporting issues.3. **Defect Tracking and Reporting**: Use tracking tools to document defects and monitor their resolution. Communicating the status of defects to development teams is crucial for prompting quick fixes.4. **Collaboration with Development Teams**: Work closely with developers and other team members to understand the software development process. This collaboration helps in identifying and addressing quality issues early in the development lifecycle.5. **Continuous Improvement**: Contribute to the improvement of the testing process and methodologies. Sharing insights and suggesting enhancements can lead to improved product quality and more efficient testing.Required Skills and Expectations: Candidates should have a graduate degree and a keen interest in software quality assurance. The Business research Analyst will be responsible for continuous improvement projects across the RBS teams leading to each of its delivery levers. The long-term goal of Research analyst (RA) role is to eliminate Defects and automate qualifying tasks. Secondary goals is to improve the vendor or customer experience, and to enhance GMS/ FCF. This will require collaboration with local and global teams, which have process and technical expertise. Therefore, RA should be a self-starter who is passionate about discovering and solving complicated problems, learning complex systems, working with numbers, and organizing and communicating data and reports. RA should works across team(s) and Ops organization at country, regional and/or cross regional level to drive improvements and enablers to implement solutions for customer, cost savings in process workflow, systems configuration and performance metrics. Leads projects and opportunities across the Operations (FCs, Sortation, logistic centres, Supply Chain, Transportation, Engineering ...) that are business critical, and may be global in nature. RA should perform Big data analysis to identify the defects patterns/process gaps and come up with long term solutions to eliminate the defects/issues. RA should Writes clear and detailed functional specifications based on business requirements as well as writes and reviews business cases.Responsibilities Include:Works across team(s) and Ops organization at country, regional and/or cross regional level to drive improvements and enables to implement solutions for customer, cost savings in process workflow, systems configuration and performance metrics.
