Collaborate closely with CAD designers, production teams, merchandisers, and sample development teams to ensure accurate execution of designs. Revise and modify designs based on customer feedback and production requirements. Research global jewellery trends, fashion movements, and emerging design concepts to create commercially successful collections. Maintain a portfolio and design library of sketches, concepts, and completed collections. Ensure designs comply with quality standards, manufacturing capabilities, and cost considerations. Participate in product development meetings and contribute creative ideas for new collections.
