Partner with leadership to hire, onboard, and grow engineering talent.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of professional software development experience, including 4-5 years leading teams or large initiatives. Deep backend expertise in Java and Golang. Strong frontend expertise in modern frameworks like React and Angular. Solid grounding in system design, distributed systems, and API design. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization, and CI/CD pipelines. Proven track record of shipping and operating production systems at scale. Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor and influence others.NICE TO HAVE Hands-on experience with Python for services, scripting, or automation. Strong SQL expertise, including query optimization and schema design. Experience scaling systems for high traffic or large data volumes. Exposure to microservices, event-driven architectures, or platform engineering. Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or product company.Mumbai based candidates will be given 1st priority for interview.
