Monitor machine operations, adjust parameters, and ensure precision cutting within tolerance levels. Perform routine checks on machine calibration, lens/nozzle cleaning, and alignment. Optimize material utilization and minimize wastage. Conduct quality inspections of finished components using measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges). Maintain production records, job sheets, and machine logs accurately. Identify and troubleshoot basic machine issues, escalating technical problems when necessary. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance schedules. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and monthly targets.Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related discipline.Relevant Experience: 1-2 years of experience operating CNC laser cutting machines (Trumpf, Amada, Bystronic, or equivalent). Knowledge of CNC programming, nesting software, and sheet metal processing. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and quality standards. Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
