Job Title: Electrical Site Technician / Supervisor (Infrastructure Projects)Location: Various Project Sites, Kerala (Field-based)Education: ITI in Electrical / Wireman Trade (Mandatory)Role SummaryWe are looking for high-energy Electrical Technicians and Supervisors to lead on-site execution for high-priority Government Infrastructure Projects. This is a 100% field-based role that requires technical precision, physical grit, and a commitment to electrical safety. You will be responsible for installing and maintaining critical power distribution units across Kerala.Technical ResponsibilitiesInstallation: Lead the on-site setup of RMU (Ring Main Units) and DP (Double Pole) Structures.Cabling: Handle HT/LT cable laying, professional jointing, and termination works.Infrastructure: Assist in the assembly and erection of roadside electrical gear and transformer units.Fault Finding: Perform on-site troubleshooting and immediate repairs during system failures.Safety & Standards: Ensure all work strictly adheres to government specifications and electrical safety protocols.Candidate RequirementsCertification: Must possess an ITI Certificate in the Electrical or Wireman trade.Expertise: 13 years of experience in electrical field work (HT/LT works). Freshers with a strong ITI academic record and a desire to learn are encouraged to apply.Field Readiness: Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment under various weather conditions (Rain/Shine).Language: Fluency in Malayalam is required. Working knowledge of Hindi or English is a plus for site coordination.Mobility: Must be willing to travel and relocate between various project sites across Kerala as per project needs.

Key Responsibilities:1. Perform Maintenance and Repair Tasks: as An Iti Fitter, Your Primary Responsibility Will Be to Perform Maintenance and Repair Tasks On Machinery and Equipment as Required.2. Read and Interpret Blueprints: You Will Be Expected to Read and Interpret Blueprints and Technical Drawings to Understand the Specifications of the Equipment Being Worked On.3. Install Machinery: You Will Be Responsible for Installing New Machinery and Equipment According to the Manufacturer's Guidelines and Specifications.4. Conduct Quality Checks: It Will Be Your Duty to Conduct Quality Checks On the Repaired Machinery to Ensure that They are Functioning Properly and Meet Safety Standards.5. Collaborate with Team Members: You Will Need to Work Closely with other Team Members, such as Engineers and Supervisors, to Ensure that the Tasks are Completed Efficiently and On Time.required Skills and Expectations:- Proficient in Iti Fitter Skills: You Should have a Strong Foundation in Iti Fitter Skills to Be Able to Perform the Necessary Maintenance and Repair Tasks Effectively.- Mechanical Aptitude: a Good Understanding of Mechanical Systems and Equipment is Essential for this Role.- Attention to Detail: You Must have a Keen Eye for Detail to Spot Any Issues or Defects in Machinery that Need to Be Addressed.- Strong Work Ethic: a Strong Work Ethic and Dedication to Completing Tasks Accurately and Efficiently is Crucial in this Role.- Physical Stamina: this Job May Require Lifting Heavy Objects or Standing for Long Periods, So Physical Stamina is Important.
