I.T.I. Freshers For Electrical Supervisor

Job Title: Electrical Site Technician / Supervisor (Infrastructure Projects)

Location: Various Project Sites, Kerala (Field-based)

Education: ITI in Electrical / Wireman Trade (Mandatory)

Role Summary

We are looking for high-energy Electrical Technicians and Supervisors to lead on-site execution for high-priority Government Infrastructure Projects. This is a 100% field-based role that requires technical precision, physical grit, and a commitment to electrical safety. You will be responsible for installing and maintaining critical power distribution units across Kerala.

Technical Responsibilities

Installation: Lead the on-site setup of RMU (Ring Main Units) and DP (Double Pole) Structures.

Cabling: Handle HT/LT cable laying, professional jointing, and termination works.

Infrastructure: Assist in the assembly and erection of roadside electrical gear and transformer units.

Fault Finding: Perform on-site troubleshooting and immediate repairs during system failures.

Safety & Standards: Ensure all work strictly adheres to government specifications and electrical safety protocols.

Candidate Requirements

Certification: Must possess an ITI Certificate in the Electrical or Wireman trade.

Expertise: 1–3 years of experience in electrical field work (HT/LT works). Freshers with a strong ITI academic record and a desire to learn are encouraged to apply.

Field Readiness: Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment under various weather conditions (Rain/Shine).

Language: Fluency in Malayalam is required. Working knowledge of Hindi or English is a plus for site coordination.

Mobility: Must be willing to travel and relocate between various project sites across Kerala as per project needs.
