Job Description :-Teach the students respective software courses.-Provide online training for the students at other locations/branches.-Hold responsibility for the allocated branch.-Coordinate with Cross-functional branches within the organization.-Coordinate with CAD DESK Engineers/Trainers as on required.-Monitor and guide the activities of the Junior Trainers/staff.-Plan the training programs accordingly.-Timely update of the activities to the Management.-Marketing/Advertisement the benefit of courses.-Scheduled Visits to Colleges/offices for the promotion of courses as required.-Part-Time Faculty are also welcome to teach C, C++, Java, Python, MS Office, Advanced Excel, and other IT COURSES for the morning and evening batches.-IT courses Like C, C++, Java, Tally, PHP, AI, and others.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionContribute to all phases of the development life-cycle of the students and train a dynamic team of students.Should possess strong knowledge of Python and Machine learning along with a passion for Artificial Intelligence.Faculty who are Excellent in any of the programming languages.Faculty who are ready to upgrade are the idle candidates.Should stay up-to-date with the latest development in the field.Facilitating the student's available resources such as curriculum, data, hardware, etc.Upgrading the students knowledge quality by taking them through the important functionalities of Python and Machine Learning as per the syllabus.Sharply train the students minds in analyzing the Machine Learning Algorithms that could be used to solve the given problems.Train and guide the students to analyze the errors and design strategies to overcome them.Lead learning enhancement through developing assignment and assessment modules, integrate the use of advanced technology for upscale training quality, and develop plans to track and monitor the progress of students.Should be capable of completing the assigned module in the given time.Conduct regular research for further enhancement of curriculum on a regular basis.Should be able to communicate and connect with students in an effective way.Should be committed to delivering best-in-class training and a willingness to enrich careers

We are looking for a Trainer - IT & Digital who will be training youth on basic IT & Digital marketing for Ambivali Location.Role:Preparation of sessions as per training guidelines and material applicable for the program.Conducting classes as per schedule and methodology.Ensuring student attendance and participation in the sessions.Maintaining progress report of student, handling internal MIS system (encore) and involving day-to-day reporting.Helping with students mobilization in nearby communities & supporting centers to maintain infrastructure.Achieve the monthly targets with efficiency and quality.Maintaining a pool of alumni and conducting regular alumni events and assessments.Preferred Skill Sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background:Any Graduate Preferably from IT Background.Good in technical knowledge and basic knowledge about digital marketing.Should have knowledge on applying aadhar card, pancard, voterid card,etc.Strong people management and orientation towards relationship buildingStrong verbal and written communication skills in Marathi and EnglishShould have digital proficiency and is comfortable and up to date with changes in technology.Should understand the importance of technology and believe in the cause to reduce digital divide in the society.
