We are looking for a responsible and motivated Office Executive to manage office coordination as well as service and clinical support activities for our medical device business.Key Responsibilities1. Handle day-to-day office operations and documentation.2. Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, dealers and customers.3. Provide services and clinical suppport during surgeries /cases as required.4. Ensure timely availability and delivery of implants/instruments.5. Maintain stock, inventory and service records.6. Coordinate for instrument sets, dispatches and returns.7. Handle order processing, billing and follow-ups.8. Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain records.9. Travel to hospitals for case support whenever required.10. Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth business activities.

Manage the store layoutSupervise other staff members and keep a record of salesReceive, upload and shelf all suppliesPerform stock related duties like returning, packing, labelling and pricing goodsInspect delivers for discrepancy or damageReport damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursementRotate stock and dispose of surplus and expired quantitiesCoordinate and handle freight and movement of equipmentKeep an organised allocation of inventory placed in warehouse and storeCross-verify the monthly report at the end of each monthEnsure proper completion of documentation to place an order and make a purchaseGenerate a material received report (MRR) timelyEnsure storage of goods follow the first in first out (FIFO) method
