Inventory Accounting:Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including purchases, sales, transfers, day to day accounting. Reconcile inventory accounts on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure consistency with physical stock.2. Stock Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and accounting records. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or variances in the inventory accounts.3. Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls in relation to inventory management. Review inventory processes to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.4. Inventory Audits: Assist internal and external auditors during inventory audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations for inventory transactions.
