The role ensures correct items, proper labeling, quality checks, and cleanliness of the packaging station before dispatch.Key Responsibilities Pack customer orders accurately as per defined SOPs and brand guidelinesPerform quality control (QC) checks before sealing and dispatching ordersEnsure correct labeling, portioning, and order completenessMaintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at the packaging workstationUse packaging materials efficiently by following FIFO practices and minimizing wastageIdentify and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediatelyHandle priority and bulk orders as per operational instructionsCoordinate with kitchen and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillmentEligibility & RequirementsQualification: 12th PassExperience: 12 years preferred (Freshers may apply)KPIs:Order accuracy, minimal errors, hygiene maintenance, reduced wastageNote: 1.
