E-commerce ExecutiveJob Responsibilities- Manage and handle Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho seller accounts.- Manage product listings, pricing, product details, images, and catalogue updates.- Manage online advertisements and promotional campaigns on marketplace platforms.- Monitor ad performance, sales, and campaign results and make necessary improvements.- Monitor stock/inventory levels and ensure products remain available online.- Track orders from placement to dispatch and delivery.- Monitor and identify reasons for order cancellations, returns, RTOs, and failed deliveries and take corrective action.- Handle customer queries, complaints, returns, refunds, and other marketplace-related issues.- Coordinate with the warehouse/dispatch team for timely order processing.- Monitor marketplace dashboards, sales reports, and overall account performance.- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, orders, returns, cancellations, and advertisements.- Identify issues affecting sales or order processing and coordinate with the concerned team to resolve them.Requirements- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho seller platforms.- Knowledge of marketplace advertising and campaign management.- Good understanding of inventory and stock management.- Knowledge of order processing, cancellations, returns, RTO, and refunds.- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.- Good communication and coordination skills.- Ability to independently handle day-to-day e-commerce operations.- 4-10 years of relevant e-commerce experience preferred.

Role DescriptionThe selected candidate will manage the day-to-day operations related to inventory organization and product listings on the website.Responsibilities include:1. Adding new stock on our inventory management software2. Uploading new jewellery product listings on the company website with SEO friendly descriptions and accurate titles, pricing, and specifications3. Updating and improving existing product listings for clarity and SEO4. Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy5. Update website visuals such as banners and featured collections, as neededThis is an on-site role based in Colaba, Mumbai, requiring collaboration with team members and in-store staff.QualificationsIf you have a strong attention to detail, experience with inventory management, and proficiency in Wix/Shopify and Canva, we want to hear from you!1. 1-Products listing & Cataloging on e-commerce marketplaces such as Nykaa, Ajio, Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, etc.2-Weekly update the stock of products in all the panels/Marketplace to avoid being out of stock.3-Order processing and dispatching products via unaware.4-Coordinate with marketplaces for advertisement, deals & promotions.5-Inventory management & reconciliation 6-Inventory & Stock Check (Physical Check)7-Maintain return in excel and Uniware & Seller Protection Fund claims
