Role DescriptionThe selected candidate will manage the day-to-day operations related to inventory organization and product listings on the website.Responsibilities include:1. Adding new stock on our inventory management software2. Uploading new jewellery product listings on the company website with SEO friendly descriptions and accurate titles, pricing, and specifications3. Updating and improving existing product listings for clarity and SEO4. Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy5. Update website visuals such as banners and featured collections, as neededThis is an on-site role based in Colaba, Mumbai, requiring collaboration with team members and in-store staff.QualificationsIf you have a strong attention to detail, experience with inventory management, and proficiency in Wix/Shopify and Canva, we want to hear from you!1. Strong skills in inventory management, data entry, and attention to detail2. Experience or strong understanding of website management and e-commerce platforms3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel 4. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills5. Previous experience in retail or jewellery industry is an advantage;

1-Products listing & Cataloging on e-commerce marketplaces such as Nykaa, Ajio, Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, etc.2-Weekly update the stock of products in all the panels/Marketplace to avoid being out of stock.3-Order processing and dispatching products via unaware.4-Coordinate with marketplaces for advertisement, deals & promotions.5-Inventory management & reconciliation 6-Inventory & Stock Check (Physical Check)7-Maintain return in excel and Uniware & Seller Protection Fund claims
