Proactively work with customers to adjust their coverage as necessary based on changes in their needs or vehicle status (e.g., a change in driving habits or vehicle modifications).12. Monitor and report on the performance of insurance sales, analyzing trends, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.13. Prepare regular reports for senior management on insurance product sales, profitability, and claims data.
