The role focuses on driving mutual fund sales, providing tailored investment solutions, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition: Identify and target financial advisors, wealth managers, and institutional clients.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive mutual fund sales.Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets.Product Knowledge: Stay updated on mutual fund offerings and market trends to provide informed advice.Client Support: Offer ongoing support and service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Requirements:Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in financial services.Strong understanding of mutual funds and investment products.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Supervise and follow up with field officers to ensure completion of assigned tasks. Facilitate effective communication among team members through email correspondence and team meetings. Monitor and track pending claims to ensure timely resolution and closure. Demonstrate a strong understanding of insurance processes and policies to provide guidance and support to team members. Provide training and mentorship to field officers to enhance their knowledge and skills. Collaborate with other team leads and departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. Serve as a point of contact for escalations and complex inquiries from field officers and clients. Analyse team performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations within the team.

Sales of Health policies of through the agency model. Recruit, train agents and generate business through them in the assigned territory. Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly. Interdepartmental Coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations. To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.
