Strong market knowledge, dealer network, and client handling skills are essential.Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities for CCTV, surveillance, and security solutions in the Eastern market. Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, system integrators, builders, corporates, and institutional clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings. Identify new markets, projects, and channel partners. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Coordinate with technical and support teams for installation and after-sales service. Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Submit daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback to management. Ensure timely payment collection from customers.Required Skills: Strong knowledge of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, IP Cameras, Video analytics/AI and surveillance products. Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong networking and relationship-building ability. Ability to travel extensively across Eastern region. Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools. Should have GEM bidding expertise.Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). Technical knowledge of CCTV products will be an added advantage.Preferred Candidate Profile: Existing dealer/distributor network in Eastern India preferred.
