Develop visually engaging and compelling designs for various marketing materials, including but notlimited to websites, social media, print collateral, and digital advertisements. Develop and maintain consistent brand identities across all design assets, ensuring they align with thecompany's branding guidelines. Collaborate with team members and clients to conceptualize and brainstorm design ideas and solutionsthat effectively communicate the desired message or concept. Select and apply appropriate fonts and typography to improve readability and visual impact. Interact with clients to understand their design requirements, incorporate feedback, and ensure clientsatisfaction with the final deliverables. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Maintain an organized system for archiving and retrieving design files and assets. Create eye-catching graphics, icons, and illustrations that effectively communicate complex ideas andconcepts. Design graphics, icons, infographics, and illustrations that convey complex information or concepts in aclear and engaging manner. Create aesthetically pleasing layouts for print and digital materials, including selecting fonts, colors, andarranging visual elements. Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners to supportpromotional campaigns. Develop engaging multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive presentations, toenhance our online presence. Capture and edit high-quality photographs for use in marketing materials and social media. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to ensuredesign alignment with overall project objectives. Review, proofread & approval from head for accuracy and quality before final delivery.
