The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP or similar softwareHandle GST, TDS, and income tax compliance including return filingPerform bank reconciliation and daily cash flow managementManage jewellery inventory accounting, costing, and BIS hallmark recordsPrepare bills, vouchers, and MIS reports in ExcelCoordinate with sales team, cashier, management, vendors, and auditorsEnsure accurate weight, purity, and rate calculations for stock and salesAssist in audit preparation and maintain proper documentationUphold confidentiality and compliance with store policiesRequired Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Tally ERP or similar accounting softwareKnowledge of taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax)Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsGood communication and coordination abilitiesAbility to manage workload during festive and seasonal peaksPreferred: Jewellery industry experience, POS integration knowledge, basic foreign currency handling
