We invite candidates with 'Inter CA+B.Com'; 'M.Com'; 'Inter ICWA' as well as 'CA' qualifications.# Handling Income Tax Assessments - Drafting letters & collecting relevant details from clients.# Handing CIT(A) by preparing paper book and drafting written submissions.# Handling ITAT matters, where we ourselves appear before the Tribunal.# Assisting in income-tax matters at HC and SC.# Handling matters related to 'search-seizure-survey-reopening-revision', as also assisting in appraisal reports, search assessments and appeals.# Sections : Section 28 - business income and related matters; Section 45 - capital gains matters; Section 68 - Cash Credit which include Share Capital, loans & penny stock matters.
