The ideal candidate should be responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery systems.- **Oversee Daily Operations**: Manage daily logistical operations to ensure timely delivery of goods, maintaining workflow efficiency.- **Coordinate Transportation**: Collaborate with transportation teams to organize shipments, track cargo, and resolve any delivery issues that arise.- **Manage Inventory**: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability and proper storage practices.- **Implement Procedures**: Develop and implement new processes or improvements to optimize logistics and reduce costs, focusing on efficiency and quality.- **Train Staff**: Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and ensure compliance with safety standards.- **Analyze Data**: Review logistics data and performance metrics regularly to identify trends, improve processes, and report findings to management.Candidates must possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with a background in logistics management. A Bachelors degree is required, along with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive in problem-solving, and able to communicate effectively with team members and external partners.
