You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to identify and engage with potential candidates.Duration- 450 hours for 3 months on Flexible Basis.Required Skill Set:Minimum educational requirement is a bachelor's degree.Possess a minimum of 1.5 years of recruitment experience.Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.Strong proficiency in both verbal and written communication.Roles & Responsibilities:Working on various clients' vacancies.posting jobs on social media and portals.Screening & Sourcing of resumes.Candidate co-ordination for shortlisting process.Attending daily Review meeting & Learning SessionsPipelining and shortlisting the resumes of candidates to the Hiring ManagerMust haveLaptop/ComputerGood WIFI connectionTime availability - 5-6 hours/dayPerksFlexibility on Working on Regular hours.Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media and job boards.Working into Applicant Tracking SystemAccess to Online Platforms and Tools for the Recruitment Purpose
