PLACEMENT MANAGERMoople Institute of Animation & DesignStudent Placement for the course/batchCorporate tie-ups for student placementsLocation- Topsia KolkataResponsibilities and DutiesShould have knowledge into give placement of students in different Production houses for Animation & VFX and also IT companies for Web & Graphics placementsThe Placement Officer would be predominantly responsible for identification of major employers for placement opportunities for Moople Students .Line up the students according to the companies requirement and associated with the pre-placementVisit the companys Director and HR head for manpower requirement and placement tie-up.Coordinating with the branches regarding placement procedure and placed students.Maintain the documents related with pre-placement and post-placement.After getting the requirements from client, giving briefing to the students about the opening.Conduct the job marketRegular coordination with the respective manager and do the student mapping for their respective requirements .Travel requirements 2 -3 time every year for empanelment to place students .Key Skills1. Strong verbal and written Communication Skills2. Strong Interpersonal skills; Should demonstrate patience & perseverance3. Should have good knowledge and relations with corporate.Required Experience and QualificationsGraduate Post Graduate in any disciplineMinimum 2+ Years of Experience in placement of students from skill/training/educational institute

Motivate and nurture the youth candidates aged between 18-30 years so that they are prepared enough for the job interviews and ready to take placements. Screening of the Students as per Employer need. Conducting Placement Sessions. One to one session with beneficiaries. Conducting Parents teacher meeting. Arranging Industrial training session. Creating a Placement base before a batch end. Ensure 75% placement.
