Provide guidance and mentorship for business executives and leaders to discuss thetactics to enhance employee productivity and retention, employee engagement, andrelationships Serve as an accountable person; to whom all employees and business executives caneasily reach out to matters and queries related to human resources Collaborate with the HR line managers and business executive leaders to interpret the HRprocesses, business objectives and goals, challenges, and the concerns Ensure that whether the integrated human resource strategies and policies align with theorganizational needs and goals or not Manage and look after the employee relation metrics, diagnose the issues, and eradicatethe root cause of these challenges Purely HRBP experienced people are required with PMS experience who will beexpected to take the complete ownership of the requirement.
