Responsibilities:1.Design and execute an effective recruiting strategy to fill crucial positions and grow the team of an early-stage startup 2.Design assessments, evaluation rubrics, and define the optimal process for selecting talent 3.Carry out recruitment processes for all our open positions across various avenues, including research to generate lists of candidates, screening and interfacing with candidates, and all associated communication and documentation 4.Lead our participation in campus recruitment drives at top universities 5.Effectively onboard new team members across departments and levels of experience 6.Maintain, track, and manage employee data and documents 7.Work closely with senior leaders to build internal HR policies and processes
