**Job Description: HR Assistant (6 Hours Job)** **Position:** HR Assistant (Part-Time, Permanent Work From Home) **Working Days:** 5 days a week **Working Hours:** 4 to 6 hours per day### **Salary:**- **During Probation:** 6,000 per month + Incentive - **After Probation:** 10,000 per month + Incentive### **Job Summary:**We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Assistant to Assist me in our HR Hiring Task. This is a permanent work-from-home position. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various HR tasks and will be expected to work 4 to 6 hours a day, five days a week. The role does not involve sales or targets.### **Key Responsibilities:**- Assist with employee Calls and Feedbacks.- Maintain and update records.- Support in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.- Coordinate HR-related tasks, including Calls, Follow-Ups, Interview Scheduling and Document Collection.- Support in organizing virtual meetings.- Other HR-related administrative tasks as needed.### **Required Skills and Qualifications:**- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- Fluent in English with excellent command over grammar and professional tone.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently in a remote environment.### **Desired Skills:**- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles (preferred but Not Mandatory).- Knowledge of HR software or tools (a plus).### **Working Conditions:**- This is a permanent work-from-home position.- Flexible working hours, with a minimum commitment of 4-6 hours
