With our in-house restaurant, we are committed to delivering exceptional service, wellness-inspired cuisine, and memorable guest experiences.Position: F&B CaptainWe are seeking a passionate and experienced F&B Captain to lead our restaurant service team and ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily restaurant operations and maintain service standards- Lead, train, and motivate the service team- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and SOP compliance- Monitor table setup, service flow, and guest feedback- Assist in inventory control and daily sales reportingRequirements- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a 4-star/5-star hotel or wellness retreat)- Strong leadership and communication skills- Well-groomed personality with professional attitude- Knowledge of food & beverage service standards- Ability to handle guest relations confidently- Familiarity with POS systemsBenefits- Flexible schedule- Food & accommodation provided- Leave encashmentBenefits:Food providedWork Location: In person
