Acquiring and developing new business accountsConstantly liaising with CRM for inventory management & Resort leadership for revenue Management.Plan and develop marketing strategies and promotion plans. Plan and participate in Sales events, trade shows, and exhibitionsDevelops relationships within the community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities. Hiring, Training, motivating and coaching HSD team as per plans & budgets.Analyzing & Reporting on Sales and Financial Data.Report on a Daily/Weekly / Monthly basis on HSD performance to leadership team. Annual budget preparation, Sales & Marketing plan, and its execution.
