We are hiring a Girls Hostel Resident Captain who will also handle reception and front office duties.The candidate will be responsible for maintaining hostel discipline, assisting residents, and managing basic office tasks from the reception desk.Key Responsibilities:Supervise hostel operations and ensure discipline among residents.Sit at the office reception desk to attend visitors, calls, and inquiries.Assist in daily hostel management, including room allocation and resident support.Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping staff for smooth functioning.Maintain attendance, entry records, and complaint logs.Help resolve resident issues and report to the warden/management when needed.Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming hostel environment.Requirements:Good communication and problem-solving skills.Polite, responsible, and approachable personality.Basic knowledge of computers (Excel, WhatsApp, etc.).Ability to handle multitasking and daily coordination work.Prior hostel or office experience preferred (not mandatory).Benefits:Free stay and meals provided.Comfortable and friendly work environment.Opportunity to develop management and leadership skills.YOU HAVE TO STAY AT OUR ACCOMODATION STAY AND MEALS WILL BE PROVIDED BY US

To ensure housekeeping and cleaning of the Hostel. To ensure that no ragging takes place in the hostels and maintain a ragging free Hostel. Ensure safety and security and maintenance of discipline in and around the Hostel. Responsible for maintenance of the hostel, no damage to the hostel furniture and fittings and timely repair. Look after the quality of food served in the hostels. Keeps strict discipline among students of the hostels. Reports in case of any indiscipline or misbehavior by the students. Look into the grievances/complaints of the students if found genuine. Arranges for first-aid in case of any emergency and arrange for hospitalization of student/ staff, if required. Maintain a record of the absence of the students from the campus.Note: The warden is required to stay inside the Hostel.
