we are hiring a girls hostel resident captain who will also handle reception and front office duties.

the candidate will be responsible for maintaining hostel discipline, assisting residents, and managing basic office tasks from the reception desk.

key responsibilities:supervise hostel operations and ensure discipline among at the office reception desk to attend visitors, calls, and st in daily hostel management, including room allocation and resident support

.coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping staff for smooth tain attendance, entry records, and complaint resolve resident issues and report to the warden/management when re a clean, safe, and welcoming hostel environment.

requirements:good communication and problem-solving te, responsible, and approachable c knowledge of computers (excel, whatsapp, etc.).ability to handle multitasking and daily coordination work

.prior hostel or office experience preferred (not mandatory).benefits:free stay and meals ortable and friendly work rtunity to develop management and leadership skills.
