LtdKey Responsibilities :1) Client servicing and Stakeholder management; Maintain a cordial relationship with the client2) Operations management (Services: Housekeeping, Food, Repair and Maintenance, Wifi, Laundry,Hostel Management); Should be able to handle at least 4-5 properties/hostels3) Team handling; Should be able to manage a team of Caretakers, Wardens and Blue collared staff;Should be able to keep the team motivated and focused; Should be able to handle a team of 4-5wardens and 25-30 BCS4) Maintain a Customer Satisfaction Score of 4+ out of 5 across all services5) Ensure the P&L is profitable and the costs are as projected and approved6) Process compliance; Central (Internal and external processes)7) Training and development of the team; Should have the ability to make the team gradually growfrom a professional and personal standpoint8) Invoices and payments; Ensure invoices are generated and submitted to the client managementwithin the stipulated time frame and collections to be done accordingly within the defined TAT9) Escalation handling; Handle escalations pertaining to daily operationsLanguage: English (Speak, Read and Write) Regional language (Speak, Read* and Write*)
