Job descriptionKey ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Patient Handling Greet patients, attendants, and visitors politely and professionally. Register new patients and update existing patient records accurately. Guide patients regarding departments, doctors, procedures, and services. Manage patient flow to minimize waiting time.Appointment & Coordination Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments. Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, diagnostics, and other departments. Handle emergency cases promptly by informing the concerned team.Billing & Documentation Generate OPD slips, invoices, and receipts as per hospital policy. Collect payments and ensure proper cash/card handling. Maintain daily cash reports and hand over to accounts as required. Ensure accuracy of patient files, consent forms, and identification documents.Communication & Records Attend incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally. Maintain appointment registers, patient logs, and MIS reports. Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback with empathy. Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information (HIPAA/medical ethics compliance).Experience 05 years of experience as a receptionist/front desk executive in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setup.Skills & CompetenciesJob Type: Full-timePay: As per experience
