We are looking for a result- driven sales executive in the West Bengal region with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.Only Male Candidate apply who have Network and propose potential business deals new opportunities in Pathology Labs, Diagnostics center, Hospitals, Medical Colleges, Agriculture labs, FSL, Industry etc..Key Responsibilities:Responsible for sales development on microscope for the region.Network and propose potential business deals new opportunities in Pathology Labs, Diagnostics center, Hospitals, Medical Colleges, University, Agriculture labs, FSL, Industry etc.Arranging appointments with doctors, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular calling.Sales target achievements- monthly/ quarterly/ yearly for volume growth and productivityImplementation of all sales and marketing activities assigned by ASM/ RSM/ ZSMDaily reporting and feedback of customer calls.Responsible for assigned area sales, collecting outstanding, Doctor calling, hospital visits, complaints handling.Analyze the region and market's potential, track sales.Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship.Actively meet the customers daily, weekly and monthly as per need.Learn how product does work and how to troubleshoot the issues.Prepare and submit the weekly report to the Management.Qualification and skills:Bachelor or Master's degree4-7 years of experience in sales and Business management experience in medical devices, Microscopes, Scientific Instruments, Laboratory productstrong sales skills, energy level, DedicationProfessional and positive approach, self-motivatedExcellent interpersonal skills as well as strong oral and written communication skills.Strong business acumen and market orientation skills.Self- Driven.Benefits:Flexible scheduleProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental pay types:Performance bonus

She will be the incharge of the OPD area.Responsible for the appointment scheduling for the different consultants/ patients.Responsible to check the doctor's working conditions in the OPD area.Authorized to collect the OPD feedback forms, scrutinize and submit it to the higher management. To meet and greet patients , members of the public and visitors to the practice in a friendly and courteous manner.To the direct/indirect patients to be sent in appropriate professionals.To fix appointments/consultations with doctors and consultant and for patients, visitors, M.Rs etc.If a doctor is not coming or coming late then inform others departments.Filing of medical notes, letters, test results and other correspondence.Register new patients on the computer system.Participatients when requested in the delivery and collection of items to and from trust, hospitals and the anyother place or practice business.Comply with all in hour and stationary health & safety procedures.Attend practice meeting.Attend training courses in houses and externally to develop expertise and future knowledge.Any duty that may be properly claimed by the manager or doctors to be part of the role of receptionist.Check all things in the OPD are in proper place. Guide the patients to the payment counter to make the case paper.

- Advises patients based on the doctor's reports.- Daily coordination with the consultant/center head based on surgery advice and conversion.- Maintain a checklist following management instructions. (For example, Cataract, FFA, and others.)- Clearly explain to them the cost of the treatments/investigations in question.- Get reviews from patients and help with social media sharing.- Maintain a daily counselor report (Advise, Conversion, and Patient wise details).- Working with TPAs and Insurance Departments (Sending Pre-authorization, Getting Approval, and Billing).- Before surgery, double-check all required paperwork connected to credit billing.- Keeping track of all advised patients in the Counselor Summary.- Making telephone calls and keeping track of the results.- One day before the operation, prepare the surgical list and give it over to the concerned doctor and the center head.- Maintain contact with patients at all times.- Clearly explain to them the cost of the treatments/investigations in question.- Responsibilities can be changed if necessary.Desired Candidate ProfileQualifications: Candidates with graduation in any field can applyExperience: A minimum of 1 year of experience is requested (Preferably Eye hospital)
