We are recruiting Horticulture Workers for large-scale greenhouse operations in the Westland region. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates from agricultural or rural backgrounds who are looking to build a career in Europe's most advanced farming environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Planting, pruning, transplanting and harvesting various greenhouse crops (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, flowers) Operating automated irrigation and climate control systems under supervisor guidance Sorting, grading and packaging produce to export quality standards Monitoring plant health and reporting signs of disease or pest infestation Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and organisation within the greenhouse Assisting with loading and unloading of produce and supplies Recording daily harvest quantities in the farm management system Following Dutch health, food safety and environmental regulationsCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS No formal educational qualification required; hardworking attitude essential Previous experience in farming, horticulture, or agricultural labour preferred Basic English communication ability (oral); Dutch not required Physically fit; work involves bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods Willingness to work in temperature-controlled greenhouse environments Age between 20 and 40 years preferred Team player with a reliable and consistent work ethic Valid passport with minimum 2 years validityWHAT WE OFFER Monthly salary EUR 1,900-2,400 plus overtime pay Accommodation provided by employer (shared housing, utilities included) Work visa sponsored and processed by employer Health insurance coverage as per Dutch labour law 3 meals per day or meal allowance provided Weekend rest days with statutory Dutch paid leave entitlement Skills training provided on greenhouse technology and operations Possibility of permanent contract after 1 year of satisfactory performanceIMPORTANT DISCLAIMER - PLEASE READ CAREFULLYThis job opportunity is facilitated by a registered overseas recruitment consultancy operating under applicable Indian & international labour laws.
