We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Nurse to provide professional healthcare services to patients in their homes. The nurse will be responsible for assessing patients health, administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and supporting patients and their families to improve quality of life.Key Responsibilities:* Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications and injections.* Monitor vital signs and overall health conditions, and maintain accurate patient records.*Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.*Educate patients and their families about care plans, medication management, and health maintenance.*Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals for patient care.*Respond promptly to emergencies and ensure patient safety at all times.*Maintain hygiene and infection control standards in the home environment.*Report any changes in patient conditions to supervisors or physicians.Requirements:Education: Diploma or Degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing / GNM / ANM)Certification: Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalentExperience: 1-3 years of experience in home care, hospital, or clinical nursingSkills:Compassionate and patient-focusedStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently in home settingsKnowledge of basic medical procedures and emergency care
