We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team in the Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, or Greater Noida area. This is a full-time office-based position suitable for individuals with varying levels of experience, from recent graduates to those with up to six years in the field.Key Responsibilities:- Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.- Communication: Regularly reach out to clients through calls, emails, and meetings to ensure they are informed and engaged with our services.- Problem Solving: Proactively address any client concerns or issues, working efficiently to resolve them while keeping clients updated.- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to coordinate efforts and ensure that client needs are met effectively and promptly.- Reporting: Track interactions and maintain detailed records of client communications and feedback to improve processes and service delivery.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively.
