Key Responsibilities: Salary & Compensation: Preparation and management of monthly salary processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement. Statutory Compliance: Administer and ensure compliance with regulations such as ESI, EPF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc. Annual Reviews & Increment: Oversee the annual review process, including performance evaluations, salary increments, and promotions.
