Administrative and Office SupportErrand Running: Perform various errands, such as dropping off or picking up documents, banking, mail delivery to post offices, and purchasing minor office supplies.Document Handling: Assist with basic office tasks, including photocopying, scanning, filing documents, and organizing incoming/outgoing correspondence.Basic Inventory: Assist the administrative team with monitoring and stocking pantry or stationery supplies.Facility Support: Provide light support for setting up meeting rooms, moving supplies, or assisting with minor repairs or vendor coordination as needed.3.
