1. driving and transportation
safe transportation: safely and punctually transport executives, staff, clients, and documents to and from destinations as scheduled.
vehicle maintenance: maintain the company vehicle(s) by monitoring maintenance schedules, coordinating services (., oil changes, tire rotations), keeping the vehicle clean, and ensuring proper documentation (insurance, permits, registration).
log management: accurately maintain logbooks of all trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and transportation expenses.
2. administrative and office support
errand running: perform various errands, such as dropping off or picking up documents, banking, mail delivery to post offices, and purchasing minor office supplies.
document handling: assist with basic office tasks, including photocopying, scanning, filing documents, and organizing incoming/outgoing correspondence.
basic inventory: assist the administrative team with monitoring and stocking pantry or stationery supplies.
facility support: provide light support for setting up meeting rooms, moving supplies, or assisting with minor repairs or vendor coordination as needed.
3. professionalism and security
time management: plan and determine the most efficient routes to minimize travel time while being mindful of traffic and road conditions.
confidentiality: handle confidential information and documents discreetly and responsibly.
safety compliance: adhere to all local traffic laws and company safety regulations at all times.
