Job DescriptionHave to fix an appointment or sell insurance to the Client / Customer through call and meet (Life and HealthInsurance).Responsibilities To fix up appointments with prospective customers. Should have a good acumen for Sales. Good communication skills. Should be mobile to travel within city limits. Should know the geographic spread of the location. Good in Customer Handling. Ensure that a maximum number of appointments should be made for a month. Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales. Maximum number of Sales through the appointments made. Support enquiries through website chat channel. Call and follow up the enquiries through the phone. Guide and coach participants with dedicated customer success processes. Maintain high levels of participant engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty. Identify common client challenges and actively counsel higher solutions.Requirements. Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption. Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships. Consistent chronicle of highly-professional client service during quick paced, dynamic surroundings.
